How Propeloit Tools works
132 free tools for PDFs, images, audio, video, text and everyday sums. Nothing to install, no account, and your files stay on your device.
Every tool is three steps
- Your file Drop it in, choose it, or paste it (CtrlV). Up to 100 MB.
- What you want Every option already has a sensible setting, so you can go straight to the button.
- Check it, then save See the result before you download it. Nothing downloads by itself.
Calculators work the same way, only faster: the answer changes as you type. Every figure has its own copy button.
Your files stay with you
The work happens inside your browser tab. A file you open here is never uploaded, so we cannot see it. Each tool says at the top of its page where your data goes — the few that use the internet (exchange rates, the text-reading engine, your browser's speech services) say exactly what they fetch and from whom. The details are in the privacy policy.
Send a result straight on
Under a result, Send to… opens it in another tool — no downloading and uploading again. Shrink a PDF and send it to be watermarked; read the text from a photo and send it to be tidied up. Several results at once, like the pages of a split, can be sent together.
Chains: several tools in one go
When you do the same steps often, save them as a chain and run them on any file in one go — compress, then watermark, then number the pages. A chain can also start from nothing: make an invoice or a QR code, then carry on working on it. Chains are kept in this browser and can be shared as a link.
Finding tools fast
- Type in the search box on the home page — it knows the everyday names for things.
- Press CtrlK (⌘K on a Mac) or / on any page to jump to any tool.
- Pin the tools you use most with the star beside their name; they stay at the top of the home page and in the header.
- Drop a file anywhere on a page, and you are offered the tools that can open it.
Unfinished work and your settings
Each tool remembers its last options. If you turn it on in Settings, unfinished work and recent results are kept too, so a closed tab or a reload loses nothing — find them in Saved work. All of it stays in this browser, and you can clear it at any time.

- Yes. There is no sign-up, no trial and no watermark added to your files.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There are no accounts at all.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. Every tool works in a modern phone or tablet browser, though very large files are quicker on a computer.
- Which browsers work?
- Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.
- Is there a size limit?
- Files up to 100 MB. Since the work happens on your device, a slower device takes longer on big files.
