This policy covers Propeloit Tools at tools.regloriant.com. In short: your files stay on your device, there are no accounts, no cookies and no tracking, and the few tools that use the internet say so before you use them.

Your files stay on your device

Almost every tool here works inside your browser tab. The file you choose is opened, changed and handed back on your own device. It is never uploaded, so we never see it, store it or pass it on. Each tool page says so at the top, under its name.

The tools that use the internet

These are the exceptions. Each one says the same on its own page, before you use it.

Convert currency — Exchange rates are downloaded from Frankfurter (frankfurter.dev), a free public rates service. The amounts you type stay on this device.
Dictate text — Your browser turns speech into text. In Chrome and Edge, what you say is sent to Google or Microsoft to be recognised — not to us.
Get text from a picture — The text-reading engine and its English data are downloaded once from jsDelivr, a public code server. Your picture stays on this device.
Get text from a scanned PDF — The text-reading engine and its English data are downloaded once from jsDelivr, a public code server. Your PDF stays on this device.
Read text aloud — Your browser reads the text aloud. Most voices run on this device; some voices, often those named Google or Online, send the text to the browser's maker — not to us.

Cookies and what is kept in your browser

The site sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner to answer.

To remember what you ask it to, the site keeps a few things in your browser's own storage: your theme and currency, pinned tools, saved chains, each tool's last options and — only if you turn it on — unfinished work and recent results. This stays on your device and is never sent to us. It is there because you use the feature it belongs to, so it needs no consent. You can see and clear it in Settings and Saved work, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

No accounts, analytics or advertising

There is nothing to sign up for. The site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and does not follow you from page to page or site to site. Fonts, icons and code are served from this site itself.

What the host records

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like any web host, it records requests — the address asked for, the time, your IP address and browser — to deliver the pages and keep the service running and safe from abuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure service for this, and use it for nothing else.

Feedback you send

The feedback form sends what you type — your subject, message, what it is about, and your email address only if you give one — to us by email through Web3Forms, a form service. It is used to read and answer your message and to improve the site, and nothing else. Files are never sent. Ask us and we will delete a message you sent.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask what we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Because there are no accounts and your files never reach us, we usually hold nothing that identifies you beyond the host's short-lived request records. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The site is not aimed at children, and knowingly collects nothing about anyone, of any age.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that affects what happens to your files would also be said on the tool pages it concerns.
