What this tool is for
This switches text between capitals, lower case and title case without retyping it. The usual arrivals are a heading someone typed in full capitals, a name that came out of a database entirely in lower case, or a line pasted from a spreadsheet that has to match the style of everything around it.

Questions
What does title case do?
It capitalises the start of each significant word and leaves short joining words such as and, of and the in lower case.
Can I undo it if I pick the wrong one?
Choose another case and the result changes again. Going from capitals back to a mixed form is the one move that has to guess, since the original capitals were lost.
Does it handle accented letters?
Yes. Accented and non-English letters change case along with everything else rather than being skipped or stripped.
Does my text leave the page?
No. It is rewritten in this browser tab and nothing is sent anywhere.
