This turns each page of a PDF into its own picture file, which is what you need when a page has to go somewhere that will not take a PDF: a slide, a listing, a chat message, or a form that only accepts images. Every page comes out as a separate PNG.

What format do the pictures come out as?
PNG, which keeps text and lines sharp rather than blurring them the way a heavily compressed photo format can.
Can I turn just one page into a picture?
Yes. Every page is offered on its own, so you can take a single one and ignore the rest of the document.
Will the pictures be sharp enough to print?
Pages are drawn well above screen resolution, which covers most printing. Very large formats are the exception, where sending the PDF itself works better.
Is the document uploaded to convert it?
No. The pages are drawn by your own browser, so a private document is never handed to a server.
